Billingsgate fish trader, Roger Barton, explores the people, rituals and traditions of the world’s greatest food markets, and has a go at trading for himself. This was a lovely series to work on, particularly the episode in Mexico where I was able to play lots of different instruments on the score. Lots of guitars, whistles, flutes, percussion, melodica etc. Lots of fun!
